Risk assessment and first aid training
In terms of office safety, we have long experience of performing comprehensive risk assessments for companies of all sizes, and can accurately determine the level of protection your business needs.
In addition, we also provide HSE-accredited first aid at work training courses, ensuring that your designated employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to address any workplace medical emergency.
Depending on the circumstances of your workplace, the legal requirement for at least one first-aider with a valid certificate of competence can start for companies with as few as 5 employees.
In large corporate premises and public areas, the availability of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) is becoming more widespread where they are regarded as an essential item of first aid office equipment. AEDs provide immediate first aid treatment for victims of cardiac arrests, which can increase the chance of survival by anything up to 90%. We also provide courses designed to specifically cover CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and the safe use of AEDs.
