After advising on the dilapidations liability for Jephson Housing Association’s existing leased office, our consultancy team completed a building survey for the proposed acquisition of their Narrowboat Way premises. Utilising our space planning expertise, we assessed the feasibility of extending the property, as well as providing budget costings for its refurbishment.

Acting on behalf of Marstons Beer Company, KWB has provided consulting services for a number of the brewery’s hotels in the Lake District. We completed building surveys for three of the company’s premises, as part of a due diligence service with regard to a secured loan.

Acting for Vaisala Ltd, KWB provided a range of consultancy services with regard to the company’s Birmingham office, Vaisala House. We produced dilapidation liability reports, as well as advising on refurbishment budget costings in relation to a potential office move. Following a building survey of the premises and working in close conjunction with both the Property Management and Workplace teams, KWB has negotiated a long term lease, whilst advising on the refurbishment and relocation to Elm House.
