KWB Workplace provided a full move management consultancy for etrinsic’s relocation to One Cranmore Drive. Retained to assist in the selection of premises, detailed design of the interior and the procurement of office fit out works, we created an imaginative and modern working environment within a very short time frame and defined budget. Following a detailed office space audit, KWB Workplace achieved a 30% reduction in the company’s requirement for floorspace, therefore significantly reducing their projected operating costs.

KWB Workplace was instrumental in the amalgamation of Vaisala’s offices into a single self-contained office building at Edgbaston Business Park. Following a review of the company’s existing premises and working practices, we project managed the complete office relocation. Comprising a full refurbishment of the office common areas and tenant space, we also designed Vaisala’s new high specification data centre, the core component of their business. Utilising our excellent purchasing power on both the fit out and furniture elements of the scheme, combined with our involvement in lease negotiations, KWB Workplace was able to deliver a cost neutral office space solution.

Caterpillar required a complete office relocation service. By evaluating the client’s property acquisition criteria and discussing detailed space options, KWB Workplace was able to secure grade ‘A’ office space for the client in a state-of-the-art development. By combining their offices on one floor, Caterpillar has benefitted from greater space efficiency, improved working practices and a greatly enhanced cellular office provision, whilst achieving ongoing savings in rent and rates equating to £250,000 per annum.
