- Re-tender and regularly monitor contracts for best value
- Regular inspections for building/site maintenance with planned maintenance programmes
- Provide on-site caretaker/building manager when required
- Design and implement appropriate security measures to protect the building with remote monitoring when required
- Regular quarterly reporting on rent and service/estate charge collection
- Implement all statutory regulations, including responsibilities for health and safety, disability discrimination, fire precautions, asbestos control and energy performance certificates, amongst others
- Regular meetings with clients when required to identify and advise on asset management opportunities
- Regular inspections to ensure that tenants’ covenants and obligations are being met
- Stress-free commercial property ownership – all maintenance, emergency and security issues are handled promptly by our team with out-of-hours emergency contact numbers
- Create a smooth running and hassle-free environment enabling both occupiers and investors to concentrate on running their businesses
