New Oxford House

Whilst managing this prime city centre located building, KWB carried out an overhaul of the property, relocating tenants within the space, creating new tenancies and setting new rental levels.

TriGate

KWB manages this entire seven-storey multi-tenanted building with adjacent large car park. Many of the tenants occupy a small area, making the property management role intensive, which includes collecting rents and service charge and administering all contacts. An extensive refurbishment of the office common areas also required close liaison with all tenants to ensure the smooth running of the project.

Oceana Nightclub

KWB manages this mixed use property, which is occupied in part by one of the largest nightclub operators in the UK. Owned by an offshore Dutch company for whom we undertake the VAT returns, the building has recently undergone major external works. We also arrange the insurance on the building which has resulted in a large saving on the premium.
