Largest transaction for offices in Worcestershire for over a decade

Back to news list

KWB has recently completed the largest transaction for offices in Worcestershire for over a decade, with the recent letting of 3 Kings Court.

Acting on behalf of M&G Real Estate, KWB specialist office agents have let the whole of 3 Kings Court offices in Worcester, comprising 31,821 sq ft, to a government body.

Located in a prominent position close to the junction of Newtown Road and Charles Hastings Way, adjacent to Worcestershire Royal Hospital, 2 miles from Worcester city centre and Junctions 6 and 7 of the M5, Kings Court Business Park provides high quality, HQ offices in Worcester within an attractive landscaped environment.

As the original commercial property agent appointed to market Kings Court Business Park when it was first developed by Taylor Clark back in 2002, KWB was delighted to be retained by M&G Real Estate when they acquired the development.

KWB has maintained its interest in the scheme since its completion through KWB Property Management, which has provided the landscaping and estate management.

KWB partner, Mark Robinson, commented: “As the largest letting for Worcestershire in over a decade, this transaction is fantastic news for Worcester.

“It comes hot on the heels of department store partnership, John Lewis’s announcement of its £7m investment in a new Home store to be located also on Newtown Road as the start of a £150m new retail park which will provide additional amenities for staff based at Kings Court.”

Existing occupiers within Kings Court Business Park include WS Atkins and the Hereford & Worcestershire Fire Services Authority.
