KWB successfully markets residential development opportunity in Shirley

Acting on behalf of West Midlands Police Authority, KWB’s property management division has successfully marketed and sold, subject to planning permission, a commercial property redevelopment opportunity in Shirley, Solihull to McCarthy & Stone.
