KWB secures biggest Redditch office letting in 2009
KWB has secured the largest office letting in Redditch this year, following North East Worcestershire College’s five year lease of Osprey House.
The General Further Education College, which already has campuses in Bromsgrove and Redditch town centre, has acquired 10,000 sq ft of the development’s ground floor.
Speaking of the move, Head of Facilities, Richard Gilbert explains, “We urgently required teaching space to accommodate students enrolling with the college in Autumn 2009. The additional space provides a range of teaching space within a high quality environment.”
He added, “The close proximity of Osprey House to the college’s Redditch campus was also convenient for staff and students.”
Praising the quality of their new venue, Mr Gilbert offered his thanks to KWB for the support and helpfulness of surveyor, Malcolm Jones, throughout the acquisition process.
