One Cranmore Drive: 8,006 sq ft

Acting on behalf of Emcor Engineering Services in the subletting of their offices in Solihull, KWB office property specialists have let 8,006 sq ft within One Cranmore Drive, the most modern office building in the Solihull Monkspath area, to US-owned SOTI.

Software developer, SOTI creates world leading technology that solves the unique challenges involved in managing, securing, supporting and tracking remote mobile and desktop computing devices – such as those raised by the growth in Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies.

Cranmore Place: 3,766 sq ft

Just along the road, at Cranmore Place, KWB also let 3,766 sq ft to training, recruitment and jobseeker support services provider, EOS Works, part of Staffline Group plc.

Acting on behalf of Associated Independent Stores (AIS), who owns and part-occupies the Cranmore Place offices in Solihull, KWB’s letting of the refurbished first floor suite to EOS enabled them to consolidate four previous floors of office space from two self-contained office buildings at the neighbouring Pavilions office scheme.

The single floorplate office suite at Cranmore Place provides a very efficient workspace option for EOS to not only reduce overall floor space – and therefore occupational costs – but to also facilitate much better communication between staff.

Acting for the Guildhall Trust, KWB has sold Marlborough House, totalling 5,111 sq ft, to HCB Solicitors & Chartered Accountants to facilitate their future growth after a period of expansion.

Located just off the Warwick Road, Marlborough House provided a very rare opportunity to acquire self-contained, freehold offices in Solihull town centre.

HCB, whose regional offices are predominantly Midlands and Central England based, were previously located on the Warwick Road, just a stone’s throw away.

The move to Marlborough House exemplifies another professional services provider seeking to improve the quality of their workspace.
