The Worcestershire company, which supplies over 3,000 national employers with childcare vouchers as part of the national government scheme, has purchased five individual office units at Chestnut Court in Sambourne for its new headquarter office operations.

Currently based in Inkberrow, KiddiVouchers’ move to the Chestnut Court offices will enable the company to stay located within the Worcestershire area, whilst supporting their recent growth and plans for expansion.

Built to a high specification, Chestnut Court offers two-storey self-contained courtyard offices in a charming village location. Benefitting from a prime position just south of junction 3 of the M42, the Worcestershire offices have attracted strong interest. Within the last 3 months, a further 7,875 sq ft of the office scheme has been let or sold, with new occupiers including Normtec, Capita, Innov8 Ltd and HPI.

Ideal for occupation by small and medium sized companies and readily accessible to Redditch, Studley, Alcester and the Midlands motorway network, the individual office buildings are also available as a ‘buy to let’ scheme, offering an excellent investment opportunity to local businesses.

Speaking of the office development’s popularity, KWB’s Malcolm Jones said, “The increased interest in Chestnut Court essentially reflects the quality of this courtyard office scheme. Situated in an idyllic out-of-town location, the offices provide a high quality and professional environment whilst giving growing businesses the opportunity to own their own front door.”
