Bowlplex takes space at 3800 Parkside offices at Birmingham Business Park
Bowlplex, which promotes its service offering under the strapline ‘The Great Indoors’, operates bowling sites at 17 locations across mainland GB, from as far north as Dunfermline all the way to the South coast of England.
Speaking about the company’s office relocation, Mark Sergeant, CEO of Bowlplex Ltd said:
“The location at Parkside is ideal as it is geographically within easy reach of all of our bowling centres. The office space at Birmingham Business Park will serve as our new head office with 15 staff initially based there.”

Other tenants at 3800 Parkside include waste management company Biffa, commercial property agents Altus Edwin Hill, data centre and managed office solutions specialist Portal Group, and leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure consultancy Opus International.
3800 Parkside forms part of four office developments in the ‘Parkside’ scheme. Remaining Grade ‘A’ office space at Parkside, Birmingham Business Park ranges from 1,600 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft.
