Stratford-on-Avon MP John Maples was bowled over by the “James Bond” style technology installed into a new multi-million pound courtyard office development built near Sambourne.

The Conservative Party Deputy Chairman witnessed just why Chestnut Court is being billed as the most technically-advanced and economically-friendly new office scheme in the Midlands.
From the computer-controlled heating, lighting, windows and even sun-blinds to state-of-the-art video conferencing and security - all wrapped up in the most modern of buildings constructed sympathetically in-keeping with its leafy surroundings – he hailed the Jill Lane development as the perfect solution for companies opting out of the bigger cities and into idyllic rural locations.

Mr Maples, the guest of honour of developer Coltham Developments and marketing agents KWB, Birmingham’s leading office specialists, said: “This truly is a remarkable development.
