In 2002, Sandpiper Group Limited acquired from Severn Trent Properties Limited an un-refurbished office building which they renamed Aqua House. The building has subsequently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment at a cost of £2m and KWB have subsequently let the majority of the 41,000 sq ft at rents from £14.50 per sq ft to Emap, trading as Kerrang! Radio , West Midlands Police and White Young Green - spring 2005.
