KWB acquired Lygon Court in Halesowen on behalf of Princeton Investments. The building comprises 18,800 sq ft together with 93 car parking spaces and includes such occupiers as Sodexho, Prestige Computers and Estrella. KWB Property Management has completed a major refurbishment of the buildings common areas and vacant space, at a cost of £1.5m.
