Lancaster House, 67 Newhall Street, Birmingham City Centre

KWB acquired Lancaster House on the corner of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street, in central Birmingham on behalf of New Wood Properties for circa £5m. Lancaster House provides over 41,000 sq ft of excellent office accommodation along with on-site car parking facilities.

The building is currently undergoing refurbishment and it is intended to see the rental levels improve from c. £10 per sq ft to £14 per sq ft in the next 12 months.  Occupiers include the Commission for Racial Equality, Blackhams Cuthbertson and Neville Russell. KWB relocated here to the 1st floor in April 2004.
