KWB acting on behalf of Stoford Properties Ltd acquired an 8 acre site at junction 2 the M5, known as Swallowfield and pre-let 110,000 sq ft to Centrica for their AA and British Gas call centre divisions.

KWB provided Stoford with development advice throughout and also for their next phase, known as Swallowfield Courtyard, comprising a total of circa 20,000 sq ft with units for sale or to let from 2,500 sq ft.
