In 2003, HBG acquired from AMEC a scheme in Rubery being part of the Birmingham Great Park development and known as Parklands.

HBG re-badged the scheme “Parklands Reserve” and have already developed a first phase scheme known as Serengeti and Savanna, comprising 30,000 and 20,000 sq ft respectively. The first tenant, Smiths Industries, has already taken occupation of 10,000 sq ft in Serengeti.

HBG’s next planned phase will comprise a statement building of 56,000 sq ft with further phases of 40,000 and 110,000 sq ft to follow.
