Abbey Park, Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

KWB, acting on behalf of Pettifer Estates,  provided development advice for a new business park comprising 225,000 sq ft in rural Warwickshire, to be known as Abbey Park.

A pre letting to AGCO (85,000 sq ft) for its new European HQ and Training Centre was acheived at a rental of £14.75 per sq ft for a 25 year lease subject to fixed increases.

Phase 2 (Building 500) will comprise a building of 21,640 sq ft and it is anticipated that 50% of this building will be pre let at rentals of approximately £18.00 per sq ft.

The remaining accommodation will be letting further phases with building sizes of between 10,000 - 30,000 sq ft.

Substantial occupiers have confirmed that they are particularly keen on this scheme due to its rural location and high degree of security.
